Yes. Ray's Travelers Auto Body works with insurance companies, handles the paperwork and negotiates the claim, so you are not stuck in the middle between the adjuster and the repair.

Yes. There is always a full-time mechanic available on staff for brakes, engine and transmission work, tune-ups, oil changes and state pre-inspection checks.

What helps us write the estimate faster
You do not need a stack of paperwork to start. A few things make the first conversation shorter, and everything else Ray and Jenn can pick up as the repair goes.

- Photos of the damage
- A few clear shots from different sides, in daylight if you can. Send them with the estimate request so we can see what we are dealing with.
- Field 2
- Your claim number
- If you have already opened a claim, have the number and your adjuster's name close by. We work with your insurance company and handle the paperwork from there.
- Field 3
- What happened, and what you drive
- A couple of lines is plenty: the make and model, how the car was hit, and whether it still drives. If it does not, ask about towing.
