Request an estimate for the damage

Most people write to us in the middle of the worst week their car has had. You do not need every answer to start. Send what you have from the list below and Ray or Jenn will fill in the rest when they call.

  • Photos of the damage

    A few angles help: one from a step back that shows the whole panel, one close up, and one of anything that looks bent or pushed in. Email them to Ray or Jenn, or bring the car by.

  • The car

    The VIN, or the year, make and model. Ray's Travelers repairs all makes and models, foreign and domestic.

  • Your insurance company and claim number

    If you have already opened a claim, the company name and number let Ray start working the numbers with your adjuster. No claim yet? Say so and we will talk it through.

  • Whether the car drives

    If it does not, say so in the message and ask about towing. The shop offers it.
